About our Nonprofit Consulting Services

At the People’s Community Empowerment Institute (PCEI), we believe lasting change happens when organizations are deeply rooted in their communities and equipped with the right tools to thrive. Our consulting services are designed to walk alongside nonprofits, community groups, and leaders as they strengthen their foundations and expand their impact.

Our founder, Krystal Marx, has spent over 15 years in all areas of nonprofit management - from accounting to fundraising, program design to board development, and has enjoyed her time spent as an Executive Director for two major Seattle-area nonprofits. You can read all about her background here.
